Refund Policy

At Ink Yo Feelings, each shirt is custom-made with care and intention. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a replacement of the exact same product.

We appreciate your understanding and support of our made-to-order process.

To start a return on a defected item, you can contact us at info@inkyofeelings.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: info@inkyofeelings.com

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
